At least 5 years total work experience

Strong written and oral communication skills
Highly organized, able to multi-task
Impeccable reputation for honesty and integrity
A strong background in business or a related field is recommended but not necessary. A 4-year degree and/or MBA is considered a bonus but not required. VR provides a full training program in Business Brokerage, Business Valuation and sales. Georgia state law requires a Georgia Real Estate License.
